Now, the official Job Description:

A Lincoln based, technology firm are currently looking to expand their team with a Project Manager for a newly created position. The individual will serve as a Project Manager for their Core Banking System focusing on development initiatives for the Core Banking Applications. This position is responsible for analyzing the needs of their clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions using the disciplines of business analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Perform business requirements gathering, and produce quality project scope and requirements documents. * Lead interviews with clients to gather requirements. * Develop functional and user interface design to clearly define the feature-functions of a new product, or changes to existing products. Write functional design specifications that concisely define client and internal needs. * Work with Programmer Analysts to ensure documented requirements and specifications are clearly understood and implemented into code. * Participate in the development of quality plans and test cases. * Assist in developing and maintaining supporting product documentation. * Serve as a product ambassador and liaison for key clients and companion application groups. * Conduct one-on-one or classroom training for client and internal areas on new and changed product features. * Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

* 3-5 years of business analysis and software development experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation writing and delivery. * Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ability to proactively anticipate and resolve problems. * Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. * Experience in data analysis; SQL experience is desired. * Financial Industry knowledge desirable
