Rasmussen Mechanical Services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Service Contract Manager to provide sales and contract management, contract renewals and customer service support to all divisions within the company. This position will include maintaining customer relations through marketing and contact management and working actively with all of our division sales staff and management. 

 

The candidate must be professional with a positive attitude. They must also have excellent customer service, organizational, communication and computer skills. Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects, simultaneous demands and have the ability to think/research and work independently. 

 

Experience in HVAC related work required. Position is salary with standard working hours of 7-5, M-F. We provide a full benefit package including health / dental insurance and 401(k).
