Purpose
Effectively monitor and maintain various databases to ensure compliance with Families F.I.R.S.T. requirements.
Accountabilities
· Supports and promotes programs within Visinet, Inc. and mediates conflicts with community contacts, to preserve the reputation and perception of consumer and stakeholders.
· Other duties (not limited to the above) as determined by Visinet, Inc. Administration.
· Comply with instructions by established deadline as determined by COO/CEO/CFO.

Duty/Responsibility:
- Meet with program coordinator weekly.
- Participate in meetings, problem solving discussions, and training seminars as needed to develop strategies for improving or maintaining quality of output.
- Monitor and maintain a database outlining subcontractor employee compliance with Families F.I.R.S.T. training requirements, to include Program Specific Training, Defensive Driving, Mandt/Tact, CPR/1st Aid.
- Monitor and maintain a database outlining subcontractor compliance with completion of vehicle inspections.
- Gather and aggregate client and case manager satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare a report outlying the results of satisfaction surveys quarterly and submit this report to the Director of Safety and In Home Services by the 10th of each month directly following the end of the quarter.
- Complete and submit weekly statistics forms to the Program Coordinators and Director of Safety and In Home Services each Monday by 9:00 a.m. for statistics gathered the previous week.
- Monitor service plan completion date And Assure that follow up is done to obtain family signatures on the service plan within three weeks of family /client intake.
- Monitor NCFAS completion date to ensure that Team Leaders are completing these within two weeks of family/client intake.
- Review monthly summaries to ensure that this document is completed by the 10th of each month for each family/client receiving services through the Families F.I.R.S.T. program. (This is inclusive of Visinet Incl. and all subcontracting agencies).
- Research and provide documentation to Program Coordinators and/or Director of Safety and In Home Services with regard to any issues related to job performance, customer services, customer satisfaction, and/or inadequate documentation as directed.
- Consistently review Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plan and make sure that all is being carried out within the agency on a daily basis by all employees.
- Ensure that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards are maintained throughout the agency.
- Monitor the basic quality of each document (Service Plans, NCFAS, and Monthly Summaries) to ensure that it is completed.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with subcontracting agency contacts to include weekly contact and follow up regarding documentation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Families F.I.R.S.T. monthly calendar outlining specific deadlines and due dates.
- Work collaboratively with the Team Leaders and Program Coordinators, inclusive of both Visinet and identified subcontractors.

- Required: Bachelor’s degree.

- Required: Three years QA experience, as well as demonstrated experience with the child welfare system.
- Desired:
- Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: Completion of all Visinet, Inc. training identified for the position. Attend MANDT training and renew certification yearly. Attend CPR/First Aide training and renew certification as needed.
