Banyan Medical Systems, Inc. is located in Omaha, Nebraska. We produce, sell and support custom Healthcare IT solutions including Integrated OR Solutions and Single Sign on Portal software. BMS is an innovative Healthcare IT integrator looking for dynamic, energetic, and self motivated individuals to join our team.
SUMMARY
Banyan Medical Systems Field Service Engineers provide on-site preventative and corrective maintenance service including installation, network troubleshooting, and HW break fix. Candidate must have good people skills and be able to perform applications training. Candidate must be able to travel and perform on-call duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform on-site preventative and break-fix support for BMS customer base
2. Participate in all site planning meetings and all installation activities
3. Perform customer software training on BMS software products
4. Complete service reports to account for billable and non-billable hours.
5. Track all installed assets in service database.
6. Represent BMS on a long term basis and drive customer retention
7. Aid in the identification of potential indirect sales leads for BMS
8. Other duties as assigned
