HDR/e2M is seeking a Senior NEPA Project Manager for our Honolulu office. Responsibilities for this position include program and project management, business development, proposal preparation and presentation, as well as staff supervision and mentoring.



This position will require managing multidisciplinary teams in addition to developing and monitoring project budgets and schedules.

Applicants must be detail-oriented, organized, and team players with a strong focus on quality and client service. The Senior NEPA Project Manager will be expected to write concise technical documents; work on simultaneous, diverse projects; innovate and follow through to completion of all assigned and delegated tasks; and be able to obtain a DoD and/or DHS security clearance. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience preparing EA's and EIS's and experience with one or more of the following is preferred: DoD NEPA compliance and natural resource management (Specifically Air Force and Navy) Coast Guard NEPA compliance Direct Management of several EISs



Successful candidates must have a bachelor's or graduate degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, or a related field; expert knowledge of the Air Force and/or Navy NEPA process including related laws and authorities; experience managing EAs for the Air Force or Navy; and proven client management skills.



This position requires some travel.
