HDR e2M is currently in need of a Military Airspace Analyst/Project Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA location. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:



Conducting aeronautical assessments

Collecting and analyzing data to prepare aeronautical and environmental impact assessments

Working directly with personnel at U.S.

Air Force, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Marine Corps Headquarters, installations, and internal resource authors

Interviewing various personnel including pilots, airport managers, and municipal planners as well as personnel who are employed in areas such as air traffic control, airspace management, and range scheduling

Managing or providing leadership of airspace management issues on Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements for DOD and FAA clients

Preparing proposals and giving presentations

BS degree in related discipline required.

5+ years of direct project management experience in airspace analysis and documentation for DOD and FAA.

Qualified candidates must have advanced understanding of airspace regulations and proven ability to write concise environmental documents.

Proven airspace management experience a must.

This position requires some travel, working alone and in groups, and working under tight deadlines.
